Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and industry partners within the dewatering and water treatment markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, client outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Collaborate with Operations, Project Controls, and Marketing teams to develop proposals, presentations, and targeted promotional materials.
- Manage client information and activity tracking in Brennan’s CRM system to ensure visibility and alignment across business units.
- Represent Brennan at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote company capabilities.
- Champion the Brennan Client Experience by delivering exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction Management—or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or project management within water treatment, environmental, or related industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of dewatering, wastewater, or water treatment services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and operational teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S.

- Starting base salary range: $95,000 — $130,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
