*** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman / Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating detailed shop drawings that will be used to create shop tickets from which the craftsmen will use to cut the stone. Expertise in drafting, along with commitment to precision, are essential skills. ** Job Responsibilities**- Prepare detailed shop drawings and shop tickets using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand the requirements of the project.

- Ensure all the drawings and designs meet the required specifications and standards.

- Review and revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.

- Maintain and update the existing drawings and records for future reference.

- Check dimensions, materials to be used, and quantities for accuracy.

- Continuously learn and apply new drafting techniques to improve efficiency and quality of work.

- Stay up to date with new drafting software and technology advancements
** Education / Experience / Skills**- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, or other relevant CAD software
- Understanding of drafting techniques and engineering concepts
- Familiarity with building codes and compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

- Experience with 3D modeling and visualization
- Strong mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of construction methods and manufacturing / fabrication processes
- Ability to create detailed drawings that meet project specifications and standards
- Experience in creating Bill of Materials (BOM)- Experience as a draftsman or in a similar role
- Ability to solve problems and make necessary corrections to designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
