Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT in a patient-centered setting. You will collaborate with facility staff, deliver treatment per plans of care, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include patient progress, supervision of Rehab Technicians as needed, and ongoing professional development through company mentorship and leadership
