Location North Kingstown### Description We are a small shellfish company in North Kingstown, RI seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time role.

Responsibilities in the following areas.

Accounts Receivable: invoicing, receiving payments and collections

Accounts Payable: entering vouchers, issuing checks

Payroll: assisting VP with weekly payroll entry

General Ledger: bank reconciliation, account accuracy, month end activities, year-end activities

Human Resources: assisting VP with various HR tasks
