Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; 5-7 years in manufacturing, with 3+ in leadership.
• Proven leadership in a high-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with GMP, MOC, ECN, and chemical process requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, barcode systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in microelectronics or chemical manufacturing industries.

Physical and Additional Requirements

• Ability to wear a respirator and lift objects up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance.
• Competency in workplace resilience, communication, reasoning, organization, and problem-solving.
