Tremco CPG is a global manufacturer of integrated building systems, with operations across North America, Europe, Asia‑Pacific, India, and Latin America.

The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.

• Follow the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
• Hand apply adhesive mesh to parts.
• Mix base coats and finishes with an electric drill and paddle.
• Work as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
• Assemble and pour mold for cast stone.
• Trim parts with cutting equipment.
• Assist in building custom crates based on project specifications.
• Prepare and organize parts for shipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Clean equipment after use and help keep the production space clean and organized.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts.

• No formal educational requirement.

• No prior experience or training required.

• Execute ISO authority and responsibility; complete and maintain all required training.
• Observe all safety procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use and maintain equipment and materials properly.

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Hourly rate generally ranges between $19.55 and $22.00.
