REGENT seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to transition prototype builds into repeatable production for Viceroy. You will own manufacturing execution across fabrication, assembly, finishing, and structural joining, defining processes and PFMEAs with Advanced Engineering.
You'll build standard work, design for manufacturability, and lead continuous improvement to achieve stable runs, measurable yields, and scalable capacity as REGENT scales coastal transport hardware.
