Join our team at Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini and Healthcare Center, a 120‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.

Full‑time;
Same Day Pay! Monday‑Friday. Shift: 3PM‑11PM or 11PM‑7AM (salaried role). Included in weekend on‑call rotation with $3 PIB and up to $12,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 2 years. Hourly rate $55‑$60.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No prior supervisor experience required; training will be provided.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.

• Current, unencumbered active RN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
