Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is looking for a Service Drive Acquisition Specialist — an easy-to-learn, customer-focused role that connects our service customers with opportunities to upgrade their vehicles.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a team environment, and being part of a fast-growing dealership. No previous car sales experience is required — we’ll train you!

• Talk with customers who are already visiting our service department about vehicle upgrade options.
• Reach out to customers by phone or email to see if they'd like to explore newer models.
• Help customers understand their trade‑in value and what makes upgrading a great option.
• Work with our sales and service teams to make the process smooth and enjoyable.

• A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Someone comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone.
• A team player who can stay organized and positive in a busy environment.
• Detail‑oriented and eager to learn – automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Computer proficiency
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
