BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Building Services Manager for our construction segment, based at Stepps with a mix of office, site visits in central Scotland and hybrid working. BAM operates a flexible working policy.
You will lead preconstruction work with Tender & Preconstruction Teams, vet subcontractors’ tender returns for compliance against ERs, and ensure building services are integrated into the delivery programme.
