What to expect:
As a Technical Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll take ownership of equipment performance, contribute to continuous improvement activities and help deliver the drinks enjoyed by millions of consumers every day. This is a hands-on position where you'll use both your technical and problem-solving skills to maintain performance, reduce downtime and support operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring production equipment to achieve safety, quality and performance targets Carrying out cleaning, inspection and basic maintenance activities Identifying faults, supporting root cause investigations and escalating issues where required Completing quality checks and ensuring products consistently meet specification Using operational data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities Working closely with Engineering and production colleagues to improve reliability and efficiency Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, housekeeping and workplace safety Skills & Essentials:
We're looking for someone with a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in manufacturing. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and contributing positively as part of a team. You'll ideally bring:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good numerical ability and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork skills The ability to work independently and make sound decisions A flexible approach and willingness to learn
