Kids Club Manager
Join EōS Fitness as a Kids Club Manager and help us create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. This role requires a dependable, nurturing, and trustworthy individual with meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and a genuine passion for the safety and well‑being of children ages one to twelve. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and lead a team of Kids Club staff.

Responsibilities- Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children ages one to twelve.
- Supervise children’s activities and enforce safety protocols.
- Assist in hiring and training the Kids Club staff, including Assistant Kids Club Managers and Kids Club Associates.
- Schedule staff shifts, maintain adequate coverage, and monitor child‑to‑staff ratios.
- Manage reservations and child agreements, communicating efficiently with parents and tracking bookings.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and ensure efficient operations.
- Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club and throughout the gym, including regular walks and bathroom checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies, procedures, and updates.
- Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
- Support front desk and gym operations when children are not present.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment for their growth and development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate Kids Club operating hours.
- Detail‑oriented, systematic problem‑solving, and excellent time‑management, organization, and record‑keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Successfully pass a background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to flex routinely and repetitively, lifting more than 40 lbs.
- Ability to access and operate the company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports from a database or email system.
- Before scheduling at time of hire: FBI fingerprints and negative TB test confirmation.
- Within 30 days of hire:
First Aid certification.
Hourly Pay Range: $15—$16 USD
