Construction Superintendent
Now Hiring:
Experienced Superintendents Commercial & Medical Construction. We are seeking exceptional and experienced Superintendents with a strong background in commercial and/or medical construction. Ideal candidates will have 57 years of experience overseeing ground-up projects and/or tenant improvement (TI) work.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong, positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Proficient with computers and construction software
- Ability to develop and manage CPM schedules
- Prepare accurate daily work reports and timecards
- Strong written documentation and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 30 certification required
