Job Summary

ELITE GLASS and MIRROR INC is hiring a Project Manager for glazing projects. The role involves overseeing commercial and residential glazing projects from conception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, safety, and coordination between onsite and office staff.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines, considering manpower, materials, equipment, and safety measures.
• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.
• Evaluate offers to purchase by site requirements, additions and cost changes.
• Resolve cost differences by analyzing and collecting information.
• Write and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develop bids for projects and work closely with offsite estimator and office staff.
• Process paperwork, travel to jobsites, and step in at jobsites to install.
• Monitor construction processes and stay up to date with safety codes.

• Minimum of five (5) years industry experience with glazing systems (large storefront, window walls, curtain walls, etc.).
• Bilingual a +.
• Well organized, detail oriented, able to work in a high-volume environment, strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Willingness to learn Elite Glass & Mirrors systems.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight.
