The RV Finance and Insurance Manager guides customers through financing and insurance processes, including securing loans, negotiating terms, selling insurance products, managing paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide financial guidance and explain financing options to customers.
• Secure financing by collaborating with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate loan terms and interest rates.
• Sell insurance products and help customers select suitable policies.
• Manage all paperwork related to financing and insurance accurately and promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 10+ years of experience in finance, insurance, or related fields within auto or RV industries.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Professional credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Customer-facing role requiring a professional image and customer service excellence.

• Primarily based in an office environment.
• May require evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Fast-paced and stressful environment requiring resilience under pressure.
