• Plans and oversees a calendar of recration activities for our residents
• Create activites that enrich our residents lives with physical and cognitive exercise and socialization
• Manages, coordinates and communicates with 12 support staff members (activity assistants)
• Ensure staff and participants are following all safety protocols
• Submitting budget reccomendations for any equipment and supplies needed for activities

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and conflict management a plus!
• Certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
