Job Summary:

The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services per their established plan of care within the clients’ homes.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

Housekeeping

Meal preparation

Transportation

Companionship

Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)

Memory Care

Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications:

Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance along with a clean driving record

Prior home care experience is a plus

Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

For new hire employees only

Must have PCA training, 2-step TB, CPR, and Medical Clearance within 4 days of hire date.

Earn $400 bonus after working 500 hours

Must work 500 hours within four (4) months of hire to be eligible

Average at least 31.25 hours per week

Must be able to start work within four (4) days of hire
