Position: Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)  - North Las Vegas, NV

Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity North Las Vegas, NV (School-Based, Travel)

Provide speech and language therapy services to students across multiple school locations in the North Las Vegas area. The role involves travel between schools, allowing for a dynamic schedule and varied work environments within the K-12 educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student performance and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert recommendations.
  • Manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining compliance with school district policies.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or certification for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience providing therapy services in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and educational staff.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school sites within North Las Vegas.
  • Knowledge of current speech-language pathology best practices and educational regulations.
Location and Travel

Based in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Travel between various school locations within the region is required to deliver services.
