Position SummaryThe Branch Manager serves as the commercial and administrative leader of a Lioher Center, with primary responsibility for driving sales growth and ensuring the effective management of showroom, warehouse, and office operations. This position is focused on leading and developing the branch team, ensuring strong commercial performance, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, coordinate operations among showroom, warehouse, and administrative staff, and guarantee compliance with company standards, operational excellence, and profitability objectives.
SupervisoryResponsibilities
- Train and develop qualified administrative and commercial staff.
- Oversee daily workflow and sales operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or salary adjustments when appropriate.
- Oversee and guide sales representative performance.
- Lead and motivate the branch team, fostering a culture of accountability, productivity, and customer focus.
- Implement commercial strategies and ensure adherence to company sales practices and CRM systems.
- Oversee budget planning and sales performance to ensure profitability.
- Oversee showroom presentation and product displays, highlighting cabinetry, decorative panels, wood products, and storage solutions aligned with market trends.
- Provide design consultation to clients, including layout planning, cabinetry selection, finishes, and hardware recommendations, ensuring functional and aesthetic results.
- Coordinate warehouse and logistics operations to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain expert knowledge of cabinetry products and materials and finish effectively guiding customers and training staff.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and designers to support project execution when required.
- Review and confirm daily sales reports, deposits, and compliance with financial procedures.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members, holding them accountable to performance standards.
- Identify process improvements and communicate feedback to senior management.
- Ensure the safety and operational readiness of the facility.
- Administer disciplinary actions and document performance issues when necessary.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong expertise in the cabinetry and wood industry, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and panels.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and motivating staff.
- Proven commercial and sales expertise, with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and product specifications.
- Familiarity with design tools such as 2020 Design is a plus but not the core requirement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the cabinetry and wood industry required.
- Prior experience in sales leadership or branch management is highly preferred.
- Prolonged periods working at a desk and on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
