The Maintenance Supervisor will serve as a key member of the maintenance team, reporting to our Sr Manager, Maintenance and Facilities. Responsibilities include leading a team of varying levels of facility technicians, mechanics, janitors and machine operators, ensuring the smooth operation of our automated robotic systems, having a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on maximization of equipment, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization, and modeling a safe workplace.

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on the automated and robotic systems, conveyor and ancillary equipment
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with the automated and robotic systems
• Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering of replacement parts
• Monitors work orders and assigns work to staff to complete work efficiently
• Develop and maintain a safe work environment for the maintenance team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and safety, to drive continuous improvement and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading maintenance teams
• Repairing automated and robotic systems in manufacturing or other warehouse setting
• Repairing building and facility issues
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems up to 480V electrical
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of building trades and maintenance
• Proficient in the use of electrical and mechanical test equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• A continuous improvement mentality
• CMMS experience preferred
