Job Overview

Abacus Solutions Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in North Las Vegas. This is a temp‑to‑hire position. The role will be responsible for managing Product Integrity teams, providing guidance and training as needed, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. The supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day activities of inspections and projects, implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the garment inspection process, and ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications
  • Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to measure and inspect high‑end garments.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring an inspection/measurement team.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and improve current processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Review PP/TOP samples to compare to bulk production garments.
  • Communicate with the team about production rejections, viable solutions, and due dates.
  • Train the inspection team on 100% inspections.
  • Manage time to ensure completed work is accurate and on schedule.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, including documentation, database, and digital platforms.
  • Interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Review garments and make accept/reject decisions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile or fashion design.
  • Experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Efficiently manage time and resources to meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
