Registered Nurse

Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and patient-centered practices. Offer professional leadership and support to healthcare team members, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through collaboration and adherence to service excellence standards. Oversee and guide subordinate staff, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork at all times.

• Deliver patient care across various departments, including emergency, maternity, pediatric, cardiovascular, surgical, women’s health, and oncology services.
• Supervise and support clinical staff, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and facility policies.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety, service quality, and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development initiatives.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• At least one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within six months of hire.
• Current RN license in the state, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
