Manage and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance activities with various levels of risk and complexity across multiple scopes within a single site. Confirm requests for quality support from the site, communicate policies and procedures, and act as proactive liaison with customers for quality assurance across site(s). Develop, manage, and oversee site quality resources. Support regional and sector QA and regulatory compliance initiatives and validate processes for regulated hardware, equipment, and software systems.

• Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system or a specific procedure, including management review, CAPA management, internal quality audits, quality self‑assessments, change control, document control, and development of standard operating procedures/work instructions.
• Oversee regulatory licenses, permits, and registrations processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for products and services at the site, reporting results to executive management.
• Validate systems and equipment and maintain change control processes.
• Lead key regulatory, customer, and third‑party audits.
• Monitor training and development of site associates to ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
• Manage Quality Technicians at the site, as applicable.
• Hire, train, and develop QA Supervisor, QA Specialist, QA Tech I, and QA Tech II roles.
• Track and maintain quality assurance metrics for the organization and report them to management.
• Act as the primary customer contact for QA‑related issues and initiatives.
• Develop, distribute, and maintain regular management reports.
• Lead and support cross‑functional continuous improvement projects and workshops.
• Ensure daily customer service and business standards requirements are met.
• Plan, conduct, and act upon inspection processes, including Gemba and standards confirmation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of work experience.
• Certification related to quality control preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliance.
• 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL industry.
• Participation in successful registration with a standards organization in a complex environment.
• Experience supervising or implementing quality control programs.
• Knowledge of regulations such as FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA, etc.
• Training administration in compliance with regulated standards.
• People management skills.
• Strong computer application proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Data analysis experience.
• Training and facilitation skills.
• Self‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project management and presentation skills.
• Report creation and solution execution competencies.
