Shift Leader (Full and Part Time)

Join Amirian Management Company in North Las Vegas, NV as a Shift Leader. The role guides daily restaurant operations, upholds standards, and delivers exceptional guest service.

• Ensure all company standards, policies, and procedures are met.
• Control costs and maintain cash variances at acceptable levels.
• Communicate clearly with employees, supervise effectively, and guide assignments.
• Inventory supplies, reorder items, and adjust the Par Prep Sheet to keep fresh product available.
• Observe and guide crew members, reallocate labor, and coordinate overall operations.
• Serve guests quickly and efficiently; solicit feedback and resolve complaints.

• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Use continuous motion: pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists.
• Basic computer skills for administrative duties.
• Reliable transportation, professional appearance, and positive attitude at all times.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
