Load Out Weekend (6am - 6:30pm) – Nellis Auction – North Las Vegas, NV

The Load‑Out Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences by safely and efficiently loading customer‑purchased items into vehicles. This position also supports warehouse operations by maintaining merchandise organization, verifying orders, and using handheld devices to locate inventory. • Safely and professionally load purchased merchandise into customer vehicles.
• Meet performance standards and key performance indicators.
• Verify outgoing orders and ensure accuracy of items.
• Maintain and organize merchandise racks and consolidation areas.
• Use hand‑held scanners or mobile devices to locate inventory quickly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the Customer Experience team to ensure timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Demonstrate Nellis Auction’s core values at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

• 1–2 years of warehouse or customer‑facing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer/data entry skills required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

• Routinely lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for 10–11 hours per day.
• Work in extreme temperatures (warehouse or outdoors in summer/winter).
• Regular bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling.
• Must possess vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus.

Salary
: $18.00 per hour, bonus eligible.
