We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise technicians, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and may temporarily assume the manager’s responsibilities.

• Supervises daily activities of all technicians and coordinates the activities of supervisors and dispatch personnel.
• Works closely with the maintenance department to ensure all operation service requirements are met.
• Tracks, compiles and analyzes performance; handles interdepartmental issues; resolves employee issues and grievances; improves processes and route scheduling.
• Evaluates the work performance of staff and ensures timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.
• Assists in accident/incident investigations, providing on‑site assistance and supporting safety and training personnel.
• Coordinates with the safety and training department to meet all safety goals and directives.
• MAY operate a vehicle in revenue service if necessary.
• Performs other duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 5+ years experience working with diesel, gasoline, CNG engines and Zero‑Emissions battery electric vehicles.
• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger endorsement and Air brake endorsement (or ability to obtain).
• 3+ years of relevant transit supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of transit system regulations and operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and relevant database programs.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with labor, including handling grievances and negotiations.
• Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing (49 CFR Part 40).
