Field Day Brewing Co., the first and only brewery in North Liberty, IA is looking for experienced full and part-time Support Staff;
Food & Drink Runners, Host and Bussers
, to join our team.

As Support Staff at Field Day Brewing Co. you will assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the brewery by performing various tasks that support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Your role will be essential in ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Field Day Brewing Co. is the first and only brewing in North Liberty, IA, excited to reframe & disrupt the traditional view on breweries by bringing exciting opportunities paired with world-class beer. We brew everything from Hazy IPA’s, big and bold stouts, overly-fruited sours. While we don’t like pigeon-holing ourselves into one specific category, our 4 vessel, custom brewhouse and cereal cooker allows us to specialize in German and Czech lagers.

IE: the light & crispy stuff that is super sessionable.

Pay: $8.10 per hour + tips, tipped out nightly.

Schedule: Full or part-time. Shifts are anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on your availability.
Friday availability required.

• Assisting with Events
• Collaboration

• Assist servers with clearing tables, delivering food and drinks, and refilling beverages. Help bartenders with restocking and organizing the bar area.
• Help guests with inquiries, direct them to their tables, and provide any additional support needed to enhance their experience. Address any special requests from guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Regularly clean and sanitize public areas, restrooms, and dining spaces to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Ensure that supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware, condiments, and other essentials are well-stocked and available for staff and guests.
• Set up and break down dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests and ensuring the area is ready for service.
• Provide support for events, such as preparing event spaces, assisting with guest flow, or coordinating deliveries and pickups
• Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

• 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
