ResponsibilitiesAs a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting with guests and having fun.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave as required by applicable state law if applicable.

- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
