A leading waste and recycling company based in North Liberty, IA is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to manage and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of direct sales experience, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets. This role includes identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals. A strong understanding of the commercial waste and recycling industry is preferred.

The salary ranges from $50k to $60k plus uncapped commission, and it is a full-time position.
