Management Accountant

Management Accountant – North Lincolnshire – £45,000-£50,000

Chase & Holland is working with a fast growing business in North Lincolnshire seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join their team. The role involves assisting in the production of weekly and monthly accounts, stock reporting and KPI reporting for a successful fast‑paced business.

• Prepare weekly and periodic accounts in line with reporting timetable
• Perform variance analysis to budget/forecast/prior year
• Provide commentary to support accounts schedules
• Produce periodic KPIs and reporting packs
• Own capital accounting and fixed asset register(s)
• Complete accurate and timely balance‑sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies/standards and company policies
• Prepare statutory reporting such as ONS and CIS returns
• Support year‑end accounts and audit requirements
• Provide ad‑hoc management and statutory reporting as required

• Previous experience in a similar management accounts role
• Qualified or in later stages of qualification as an accountant
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
• Strong reconciliation and analysis skills
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to manage own workload
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Excel
