Position: KS2 Teaching Assistant (Temporary)
The Opportunity
We are working with a range of respected primary schools seeking KS2 Teaching Assistants to support learning across Years 3-6. This role is ideal for practitioners who are confident supporting older pupils, including those working towards SATs in Upper KS2.
We can offer flexible supply placements or long-term roles depending on your availability and experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Support teaching and learning across KS2

* Assist with small-group interventions and targeted support

* Help prepare pupils for assessments and SATs (where applicable)

* Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment

* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff

* Uphold safeguarding and statutory guidelines
Candidate Profile
We are seeking KS2 TAs who:

* Have solid primary classroom support experience

* Are confident supporting older pupils and differentiated learning

* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills

* Can follow instructions while using initiative when needed

* Maintain a professional, consistent approach at all times
