, supporting students to develop their physical skills, teamwork and confidence through high-quality PE lessons.

This part-time opportunity would suit a qualified PE Teacher looking for a flexible role within a supportive secondary school environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about promoting participation in sport and creating an inclusive environment where girls feel encouraged to take part and develop their abilities.

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for girls across secondary year groups.
• Develop students' physical skills, fitness, teamwork and understanding of sport.
• Encourage positive attitudes towards physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs and abilities of different students.
• Promote confidence, participation and enjoyment of PE.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and safety during practical activities.
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the PE department and wider school team.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical education and sport.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to motivate and engage female students of different abilities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive and encouraging approach to supporting students.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
