Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with operational and departmental leaders, providing insightful financial analysis and partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Producing accurate weekly and monthly management accounts
Delivering meaningful financial analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Supporting across budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
Completing detailed variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
Business partnering key departments including HR, IT, Marketing and Operations
Developing business cases to support strategic projects and investment decisions
Preparing financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decision-making
Presenting financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance are maintained

About You:

Qualified or part-qualified accountant status (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
Previous experience within an operational or commercial finance role
Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
