We are now recruiting for the position of General Operative in the Concrete Crew. • Assisting in the full cycle (start to finish) of the production of the precast concrete product
• Carrying out duties as instructed by the Team Leader/Assistant Production Manager
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
• Practice safe systems of work at all times
• Maintain housekeeping levels to a high stand
• Attend training sessions as required
• Work to high standard and in accordance with standard operating procedures

• Self motivated and problem solver
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a busy construction environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or working environment is desirable
