Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to join a growing manufacturing team in Barton-upon-Humber. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative production environment, supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of site machinery and equipment.
Shift Pattern (Rotating)
 
* Week 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
 
* Week 2: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
 
* Planned and reactive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
 
* Fault finding, repairs, and breakdown response.
 
* Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
 
* Continuous improvement of safety, processes, and technology.
 
* Maintenance record keeping using CMMS (Shire System).
Essential Requirements
 
* Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
 
* Experience with in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
 
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
 
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Desirable
 
* FMCG or woodworking manufacturing experience.
