6:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Own transport required (no public transport access)

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Potato Graders to join a busy and fast-paced production site in Elsham. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a hardworking team.

As a Potato Grader, your duties will include:

• Grading potatoes according to size, quality, and specification
• Removing any damaged or unsuitable produce
• Carrying out general housekeeping duties including sweeping, shovelling, and keeping the workspace clean
• Performing manual handling and heavy lifting where required
• Building crates for storage and transportation of produce
• Working efficiently within a fast‑paced production team to meet daily targets

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
• Detail-oriented with a good eye for quality control
• A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Able to drive and have access to their own transport due to site location
