What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain and manage student records in the state of Arkansas’ student information system
  • Perform data entry, verify accuracy, correct errors, and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with the SIS Administrator for accurate state-required reporting
  • Develop and enforce processes to audit student files and verify attendance records
  • Handle sensitive student issues while ensuring confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two (2) years of data management experience, preferably with Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Professional experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Proficient with data entry and using databases; web proficiency required
  • Ability to pass a required background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working within eSchool and/or TRIAND
  • Familiarity with sampling and auditing practices
  • Bachelor’s degree
