Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in North Little Rock, AR, for a Trade/Commercial Project Coordinator.
The Project Coordinator manages post-sale activities for Trade and Commercial customers, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from contract through final completion. Responsibilities include verifying orders, scheduling and releasing product, coordinating delivery and installation, and serving as the primary communication link between customers, Sales, Installers, and Operations. The role also tracks project progress, resolves issues, provides proactive updates, reviews completion documentation, manages job costs, and supports final billing and close-out.
This position plays a key role in delivering the Pella Experience through strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or construction preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player who can follow projects through from start to finish
- Comfortable resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Slack; ability to learn Salesforce, and other internal systems
- Able to perform basic business math and interpret spreadsheets
- Ability to stand, walk, lift light materials, and occasionally assist with heavier items; work is primarily office/showroom based with occasional warehouse or jobsite visits
