Role Description

This is a full‑time role for an Agency Development Manager located on‑site in North Little Rock, AR. In this role, the Agency Development Manager will oversee recruitment and development of new sales representatives and managers, deliver training to enhance productivity, and provide ongoing support and mentorship for team success. The role includes goal setting and monitoring team performance while fostering long‑term relationships with business clients to provide tailored solutions that promote financial protection for their employees.

  • Ability to work on‑site and travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar industry is a plus
