With a commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead multi‑million‑dollar projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, expertise in project scheduling and cost management, and a thorough understanding of commercial building practices, contracts, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple commercial projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery while meeting scope and quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and specifications for compliance.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, change orders, and subcontractor management.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance, quality assurance, and progress; resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage risk, implement best practices, and utilize project management software for reporting and documentation.
  • Handle permitting, closeout processes, and final client handover.
Requirements
  • 3‑5 years of proven experience in construction management with a strong background in commercial construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project scheduling and estimating, including use of relevant software.
  • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and blueprint reading is essential.
  • Prior experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills including excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of schematic interpretation and construction schematics is advantageous.
