We’re currently seeking a Traveling Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support our Monarch Dental offices in Central Arkansas
, including North Little Rock, Conway, and Hot Springs. This role is ideal for an orthodontic assistant looking for a consistent, part-time schedule with the opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired.

Candidates interested in more hours or full-time work may have the opportunity to support general dentistry at other Monarch Dental offices in the surrounding area, based on availability and business needs.

Part-time: 8am - 5pm every other Thursday & every Friday (Full-time availability for those who can support Ortho and General offices)

• Assist the Orthodontistduring exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Helping solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
• Radiology certification
• CPR/BLS
• Previous Ortho Assisting experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

$18 - $20/hr
