We’re currently looking for a Hygiene Assistant (Registered Dental Assistant) to join our Monarch Dental team in North Little Rock, AR
! In this role, you’ll support our hygiene providers by assisting with clinical procedures, patient flow, and operatory readiness — all while bringing your positive energy and patient‑first mindset to a collaborative team environment.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (some flexibility if you are looking for part‑time hours)

• Assist dental hygienists during patient care, including room setup, breakdown, and operatory turnover
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments, materials, and supplies are properly sterilized and ready
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas and help ensure a positive, comfortable patient experience
• Take and process dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations
• Adhere to infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with hygienists, dentists, and office team members to support efficient clinic operations

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Arkansas required
• X‑Ray, Coronal Polish, and Nitrous certifications
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

$17 - $18/hr
