PositionSummary
The Admissions Advisor introduces the campus and its programs to potential students and enrolls qualified individuals into education programs. They oversee all phases of the Admissions process, from generating interest in our programs to ensuring integrity and compliance with state, federal, company, and Accreditations policies and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage the enrollment process and necessary documentation for inquiry tracking.
- Reach out to prospective students via telephone, email or text message to provide information or schedule appointments.
- Forecast new incoming students by program to aid in classroom capacity planning.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to address any questions or concerns.
- Engage in various recruitment and enrollment activities such as open houses, community and high school presentations, career days, etc.
- Enter all admissions activities into the database accurately and timely.
- Cultivate a positive work environment prioritizing student needs and fostering teamwork across departments.
- Actively participate in training and development.
- Uphold honesty and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have previous face‑to‑face sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
- Quality voice skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person.
- Strong organization skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and exhibit initiative as a self‑starter.
- Possess a strong drive to achieve assigned goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Admissions experience in a post‑secondary college or university is preferred or experience in the greater beauty industry.
- High School Diploma required, with some college credits preferred.
Job Type: Full Time użytkendee
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00‑4:30 PM
