What to Expect:As an Industrial Wastewater Operator you will perform routine monitoring and maintenance functions associated with the daily operations of a collection, treatment and production and distribution system adhering to OSHA and HAZMAT regulations.

- Openings available on 1st shift:
Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m . Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization.
As an Industrial Wastewater Operator (AR Licensed) you will perform daily meter checks, monitor treatment equipment, and complete preventive maintenance tasks. The role requires safely handling and mixing chemicals, conducting sample checks, and demonstrating strong knowledge of environmental and HAZMAT regulations. Candidates should understand the importance of accurate and timely PM work, follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, and operate equipment such as aerial and boom lifts in compliance with established safe‑work practices
What you will have (Basic Requirements):- Current Arkansas Wastewater Operator License
Required:
Class I - 3 years of minimum cumulative experience performing industrial work within industrial facilities
- Must be willing to recertify annually
- Prior experience within a Caterpillar facility
- Background Screening
- Drug Screening
- Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire (clearance from Corporate Medical)

$25.00 - $32.00
