The Ameri Corps VISTA Special Events Coordinator will support Junior Achievement’s fundraising and community engagement initiatives by coordinating major events, securing sponsor ships and donations, and promoting JA’s Secure a Class Campaign.
Key event responsibilities include the Hero Bowl‑A‑Thon, Hall of Fame Business Luncheon, Swing for JA Golf Tournament, Turkey Bowl, JA Community Spirit Nights, and delivering presentations to civic organizations and businesses.
Member DutiesThe Special Events Coordinator VISTA will build organizational capacity by developing and implementing a sustainable special events strategy that strengthens Junior Achievement’s fundraising efforts and community engagement.
