• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care as a key component of The Bridge Way clinical team. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, medication management, accurate documentation, milieu management, team leadership, crisis intervention and health education to patients and families.

• Current license to practice nursing in the State of Arkansas.
• Current CPR/BLS and Handle with Care certifications (offered onsite).
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65 years+
