Licensed Practical Nurse

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in our outpatient dialysis center located at 4505 East McCain Blvd, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various facilities during and after your training.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, leveraging broad nursing skills and knowledge.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines before operating the water treatment system.
• BOOSTER or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems required within 90 days of hire.
