Responsibilities
Role oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team work, and acting as a member of the administrative team during off‑hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.
Qualifications- RN with a current license in the State of Arkansas.
- 5 years of experience as an RN.
- Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred.
- Computer skills, good communication skills and good problem‑solving skills.
- BSN or 2‑year commitment to complete.
- Enrolled within 60 days of accepting position, and quarterly updates including transcripts.
This job will be authorized 48.00 hours bi‑weekly.
