The RN’s responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, medication management, accurate documentation, milieu management, team leadership skills, crisis intervention and health education to patients/families.

Qualifications- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Arkansas.
- Current CPR/BLS and Handle with Care certifications (offered onsite).
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+.
