- Leasing experience required
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and office-ready attire
- Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
- Ability to walk property grounds, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Saturday availability required
- Tour, lease, and renew apartments
- Prepare and maintain model units
- Maintain accurate property and resident files
- Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly
- Execute leasing paperwork and application screening
- Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts
- Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
